Pickup at the merchant and intake at the warehouse. The parcel is assigned to a box with anti-mix control, sealed and handed over to transport with proof.

Sorting
Each parcel is scanned and assigned to its line, box or route. Operators work with a hardware scanner or a phone camera.

Last mile
The driver sees their list and their map, delivers, captures signature and photo, collects cash on delivery and logs the incident if there is one.

Returns
Receiving the return, sending it back to the seller and transferring between warehouses, with the same proof circuit as a delivery.

A basement with no signal cannot stop a route
Dropium apps store every action on the device and sync it when the network returns. The driver delivers, signs and photographs exactly the same; the operator sorts exactly the same. Nobody writes anything on paper to type in later.
