The TMS: where you plan and where you answer

The web panel from which the operation is coordinated. It is where the order arrives, gets assigned to a route, gets tracked, and where you answer the shipper when they ask.

Who uses it

Operations coordinators, warehouse managers and customer service roles. The menu is built from each person’s permissions.

What it contains

Dashboard

The state of today’s operation: orders, fleets, employees and clients, with direct access to what is pending.

Orders

Creation, advanced search and a full record with tracking timeline, exception handling, labels and proof of delivery. Bulk actions and export.

Routes

Routes by fleet and driver, with an interactive map, marker clustering and metrics for delivered, failed and pending.

Picking

Fast processing by reference, for an order or a box, with audible feedback and a persistent shift history.

Exceptions

Creation and follow-up of incidents with their state and conclusion, so none stays open without an answer.

Clients

Shipper companies with their codes, sequences and integration credentials.

Reports

Operational reports and export to Excel and CSV from any filtered view.

We don’t publish screenshots of the interface. If you want to see it working, we’ll show you in a demo.

Frequently asked questions

It is a web application: you open it in a browser, nothing to install. It works on desktop and adapts to tablets.

Is it available in several languages?

Yes: Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.

Can orders be created automatically?

Yes. Besides manual creation, there is an API to create orders and query states from your own systems or your online store.

Shall we see whether it fits your operation?

A thirty-minute demo on your own flow: first mile, sorting, delivery or returns.
