Selling online and delivering should not be two systems

Most operations run one platform to sell and another to move the goods, and spend the day reconciling both. Here it is the same system: when someone buys, the order is already inside the operation that will deliver it.

Selling and delivering share one record

There is no nightly export and no file for somebody to upload. The order placed in the storefront is the same one that shows up in the operations panel, with its full history from the first moment.

Nothing to synchronise

Sales and delivery write to the same place. What the seller sees, what the operations team sees and what the buyer sees is the same data, not three copies.

One answer for the buyer

When someone asks where their order is, the answer comes from the same record used by whoever is delivering it. There are no two versions contradicting each other.

The same rules on both sides

Permissions, languages, countries and branding are configured once and apply to the storefront and to the operation alike.

What it includes

Four pieces that work together and can be contracted separately.

Buyer storefront

The place where people buy, carrying each business’s own brand. Catalogue, cart, buyer account and order tracking. Several businesses can run their own storefront on the same installation.

Seller panel

Where each seller runs their own side: catalogue, incoming orders, shipment preparation and settlements. They see their operation, not anyone else’s.

Payments and settlements

Charging the buyer, splitting the money between parties, invoicing and handling chargebacks. Money follows the same documented circuit as the goods.

Several markets

Different documentation, tax and compliance rules depending on the country of sale, without duplicating the catalogue or the operation.

Who it makes sense for

It is not for everyone, and that is better said before a demo.

It fits if

  • You sell online and also control —or want to control— how it gets delivered.
  • Several sellers operate under one brand or one agreement.
  • You sell in more than one country and each asks for different paperwork.
  • You need the storefront to carry the business’s brand, not ours.

It does not fit if

  • You only want a storefront and delivery is already solved with a third party: there are cheaper and faster options.
  • You are after a carrier comparison site: the platform operates the delivery, it does not auction it.
